Kale Smoothie

Get your greens with this delicious smoothie without even tasting it!

Ingredients

1 banana
½ cup strawberries
½ cup of blueberries
1/2 cups chopped kale (or start with a few leaves)
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon maple syrup (or use stevia, agave or raw honey)

Directions

Place the fruit, kale, almond milk, flax seeds, and maple syrup into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth.
